Niccolo Binda, a recent Fine Art Graduate from Camberwell (UAL), came to talk about being a professional artist and his experience of winning the Vanguard Art Prize. The prize was set up by ex- WLFS staff member Jonathan Shaw and Mr Bacchi-Andreoli (Head of Art and History of Art was also on the judging panel with the Head of BA and MA Fine Art at Camberwell. Niccolo had a free studio space for a year with a show in the Camberwell College gallery recently as part of the prize. Niccolo commented on the importance of professionalism and consistency when making artwork but the need to still have fun in the creative process.
